Doug is a dedicated and successful entrepreneur. Doug's entrepreneurial journey started in 1991 when he founded Total Health Products (THP). By 1996, THP was the first and the largest provider of medically-relevant fulfillment services to the pharmaceutical industry (processing ~$50MM in medically-relevant products annually). In 1999, Doug sold THP to venture-backed Medsite (subsequently sold to WebMD) and was promoted to COO of Medsite in 2001.
After Medsite, Doug's entrepreneurial spirit reawakened and in 2005 Inception Digital was born (originally called AV Solutions and later renamed ESSRX).
In 2008, Inception Digital launched a satellite and webcast initiative and Doug established partnerships with Ruth's Chris Hospitality Group and NBA Entertainment. In 2013, Inception purchased MedConference from InVentiv and in 2014, Inception signed new partnerships with AT&T and Darden group (owner of Capital Grille).
Doug is extremely grateful to have the professional support he has received from his team and acknowledges the team's tremendous contributions to Inception's success.
Doug received a BA from Connecticut College in New London, CT and an MBA from the University of Chicago, School of Business.
